Teresa worked for the Chiesi Group as Legal and Compliance Officer of the Austrian and Central Eastern European Affiliates for more than 5 years. During this period, she managed all the legal and compliance activities of the company, with particular reference to: local implementation of the Group Compliance Program, anti-bribery and anti-corruption tasks, data protection, auditing coordination. She was also responsible in the Austrian and CEE affiliates for the process relating to the certification of the Group as B-Corp.
